When she didn't find the solution she went to Manager, Manger comes in, listened to the query, helped with the procedure and resolved it.

I am trying to open up an account since last 2 months. 2 months ago, I provided all the required documents, I was given the approximate time of account opening to be 3 days but still I am waiting for it to be operational. I am calling bank nearly everyday to do follow up. Very bad follow up service. NO FOLLOW UP FROM BANK from responsible person and bank manager.

When I told them I did not want to be sold additional products when opening up an account the staff member became very rude and defensive. She also tried to tell me that she was me elder and therefore was somehow superior. Very very unimpressed with their poor customer service.
